Studio policies, preparation, and all you need for an effortless experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service, charged to the card on file. Missed appointments or late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be charged 100% of the service. A courtesy reminder will be sent via text or email to help you keep track of your appointment.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

MAKEUP APPLICATION

  • Exfoliate twice in the week prior.
  • Use a hydrating mask the night before.
  • Avoid SPF and heavy skincare immediately before your session.
  • Arrive without makeup.

COACHING SESSIONS

  • Free Discovery Call – We’ll connect, clarify your needs, and create a personalized plan forward.
  • 1:1 Sessions – Guided conversations and practices that bring clarity, confidence, and alignment to your beauty and wellness journey.
  • Ongoing Support – Support that grows with you — from mini check-ins to self-care prompts, I’m here to guide you at your own pace.

BEAUTY LESSONS

  • Bring your makeup bag – We’ll sort through what you love, what serves you, and what might need a little update.
  • After your session – You’ll receive a curated product list and personalized face chart to guide your routine.

CURATED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

  • Questionnaire – You’ll receive a short form to share your current routine, beauty goals, and what you’d like to get out of our time together.

  • Book Your Session – We’ll confirm a date, time, and location for your personalized shopping experience

  • Shopping Experience – Together, we’ll curate products that fit your needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

  • VIP Add-On (optional) – After shopping, we’ll meet at my studio for a hands-on lesson on how to use and apply your new products.

  • Come As You Are – You’re welcome to arrive with makeup on (so I can see your current approach) or fresh-faced, whatever feels right for you.

HOW TO BOOK

All appointments are booked online through our booking system. You’ll be asked to create an account and add a credit card to secure your spot. You can choose to pay in full online, leave a 50% deposit, or pay at the studio. Major debit and credit cards are accepted.

WALK-INS

Belle Isle Beauty & Co. operates by appointment only to ensure each client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve. Since we don’t keep fixed hours, availability may vary depending on bookings and events. The best way to secure your spot is to book online in advance — up to two hours before your visit. For last-minute availability, you’re always welcome to call the studio.

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS

We love hosting groups — from corporate events to birthdays, bachelorettes, and bridal parties. To start planning, email us at belleislebeautyco@hotmail.com with your group size, preferred date and time, and the services you’re interested in. We will be in touch within 24–48 hours.
